Season 1
1 Strategy X - Nightcrawler arrives at the X-Mansion and Toad is sent by Mystique to scope out the scene.
2 The X-Impulse - Kitty Pryde struggles to keep her cool after discovering her abilty to phase through solid objects, and Jean Grey must connect with her before Lance Alvers (Avalanche) gets to her first.
3 Rogue Recruit - Rogue absorbs Cody's memories at a school dance and Mystique tricks her into believing the X-Men are the enemies.
4 Mutant Crush - Fred Dukes develops a crush on Jean Grey and tries to make her like him using force.
5 Speed and Spyke - Evan discovers that he and his rival, Pietro, both have super powers. When Quicksilver uses Spyke as a scapegoat to a petty robbery, Spyke must face him and prove his innocence.
6 Middleverse - Nightcrawler stumbles across an old lab once belonging to Forge, and gets trapped inside an alternate Dimension known as Middleverse.
7 Turn of the Rogue - On field trip Rogue discovers the truth about Mystique and has to defend herself and a wounded Cyclops.
8 Spykecam - Evan is assigned to make a filmed record of current events. In the meantime, Sabretooth uses the assignment as a way of finding Wolverine's Location.
9 Survival of the Fittest - The Brotherhood and X-Men are dukng it out at a survival camp when Juggernaut corners both Xavier and Mystique. Both groups have to band together to rescue their mentors.
10 Shadowed Past - Rogue has nightmares that reveal a secret about Nightcrawler's past.
11 Grim Reminder - Wolverine suffers from a chip in his head imlanted by the Weapon X program.
12- 13 The Cauldron parts 1& 2 - Magneto pits mutant against mutant as a means to give the more deserving mutants an advance in evlution amongst his sanctuary on Astroid M.
Season 2
14 Growing Pains - Avalanche an the Brotherhood decides to bring mutants out into the spotlight at Jean's championship soccer match.
15 Power Surge - Jean Grey's telepathic powers surge out of control.
16 Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom - Tabitha's father uses her powers for crimanal purposes

18 The Beast of Bayville - Hank McCoy's mutant powers that he has been chemically keeping at bay erupt suddenly beyond his control.
19 Adrift - Scott and Alex get caught in a rip tide when Alex decides to catch some waves in the midst of a storm.
20 On Angel's Wings - A vigilante is seeked out by both the X-Men and Magneto when reports of a real "Angel" begins to rescue people in New York.
21 African Storm - A piece of Storm's past comes to the Mansion to take her spirit and use it for their own purposes.
22 Joy Ride - Avalanche joins the X-Men to spend time with Shadowcat, but when some of the new recruits start joyriding late at night everyone blames him.
23 Walk on the Wild Side - Tabitha, Amara, Jean, Rogue, and Kitty become a vigilante group of heroines that wish to prove that girls can take care of things no differently than the boys.
24 Operation Rebirth - Wolverine must stop the use of the program that created Captain America back in the days of WWII.
25 Mindbender - Mesmero uses the X-men to help open the first door to the tomb of a great evil.
26 Shadow Dance - Forge creates a device to allow Nigtcrawler to suspend into the alternate dimension he transports through, but in doing so releases the creatures that dwell there on the school dance.
27 Retreat - Beast takes some of the students into the forest for a field trip only to be hunted by Bigfoot fanatics.
28 The HeX Factor - Mystique breaks Wanda Maximoff out of the mental ward to add the Scarlet Witch into the Brotherhood.
29-30 Day of Recokoning parts 1&2 - Magneto uses the Sentinel Program as a means of exposing mutants into the world that does not yet know of their existence.
Season 3
31 Day of Recovery - Cyclops exposes mystique and both the X-Men and Brotherhood must work together to free their teammates from Area 51.
32 The Stuff of Heros - While being hunted, the X-men have to stop Juggernaut from destroying a dam.
33 Mainstream - Bayville High allows the mutants to go back to school, but Duncan Matthews uses this oppertunit to seek the aid of the Brotherhood in an attempt to jump Scott Summers in the parking lot during the meeting that decides whether or not mutants should be allowed in the same schools as normal kids.
34 The Stuff of Villains - Gambit has the Brotherhood track down Pietro so that Wanda can not use him to draw out Magneto.
35 Blind Alley - Mystique escaped Area 51 and seeks revenge on Cyclops for leaving her there.
36 X-Treme Measures - Spyke's having difficulties with his powers and the Morlocks uncover a toxin in new sports beverage that is poisonous to mutants.
37 The Toad, The Witch, and the Wardrobe - Toad goes to Nightcrawler for aid when Wanda is captured by Magneto and Mastermind.
38 Self Possessed - All the lifeforces that Rogue has absorbed struggle for dominance in her mind.
39 Under Lock and Key - The Acolytes and X-Men fight a guardian of Apocalypse.
40 Cruise Control - While on a cruise, the X-Men wander on shore to an island and prevent a disaster when the volcano upon it erupts.
41 X23 - A young girl who was cloned and trained t obe like Wolverine turns up at the Mansion seeking to destroy the man she was created to be like.
42-43 Dark Horizon parts 1&2 - The X-Men and Acolytes discover where Apocalypse lies and strugle to make it in time to prevent him from waking.
Season 4
44 Impact -
45 No Good Deed - The Brotherhood are rewarded when they save people from a subway disaster, and so they stage accidents in order to appear as heros.
46 Target X - Wolverine and X23 are targeted by Omega Red and Gauntlet.
47 Sins of the Son - Xavier learns that the son he never knew about has been abducted and so the X-Men fly to Scotland to save him.
48 Uprising -
49 Cajun Spice - Gambit kidnaps Rogue to help him save his father from a rival gang of theives in New Orleans.
50 Ghost of a Chance - Kitty befriends a girl named Danielle Moonstar. The next day nobody remembers her, and Kitty must prove that the girl is not a ghost or a figment of her imagination.
51-52 Ascension parts 1&2 - The X-men and other mutants team together to stop Apocalypse, but aren't prepared for facing his new Horsemen.
